Job Description 【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for system operation and maintenance of a global plant for automotive operations.
You will gain experience in shift work and be a full-time person who organizes the team and interacts with customers.

【Job Satisfaction】
You will be involved in server maintenance work for a major automotive manufacturer.
You will be able to utilize your skills to communicate with factory personnel around the world in English, while using Japanese to facilitate internal operations.

【Development Environment】
The company's team is multinational, including Filipino employees.
Even if you do not speak English, the members around you will follow you.

【In-house Languages】
Japanese and English
(Email communication is also required.)

【About Career Path】
Salary increases are expected due to biannual evaluations.
Company Info Contracting and Temporary staffing services related to design and development work
Working Hours 9:00~18:00 (8 hours, 1 hour break)
【Working hours】
3 shifts
1st shift: 8:00 ~ 17:00
2nd shift: 16:00 ~ 1:00
3rd shift: 0:00 ~ 9:00
(Prescribed working hours: 8 hours) (Break: 1 hour)
(Rest: 1 hour)
*This is not a fixed shift, as shifts are changed every two weeks.
Standard working hours: 7 hours 50 minutes per day
Overtime work available (average 10 hours per month)

Requirements		 【Required: Soft skill】
・Residents of Japan
・Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
・English Communication with factories around the world (30%)
・Experience with Linux (regardless of years of experience)

【Preferred: Development Skill】
・Experience in C, Java development
・Experience in IT related helpdesk.
・Able to review source code and troubleshoot problems.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 6000K
