■Overview: The "boost Sustainability Cloud", a platform to accelerate sustainability management, has received numerous enquiries for the realisation of NET-ZERO as a product that contributes to the acceleration of decarbonisation in each company. The development organisation needs to scale up in line with the ever-expanding business, and you will be able to make use of the experience and knowledge you have gained so far in developing the 'boost Sustainability Cloud'. 【Product】 "boost Sustainability Cloud", a platform to accelerate sustainability management. ■Responsibilities ・Design, implementation, testing and improvement of products ・Application performance improvement ■Development environment: ・Backend: PHP (some Python) ・Framework : Laravel ・Front-end: Vue.js ・Database: MySQL ・Infrastructure: AWS, Docker ・Deployment/Build: Github ・Communication: Teams, ASANA, Gather, Notion ■What the team is looking forward to doing with the new members: ・New product development (forming compounds around ESG data) ・Development of new features to further expand customer segments ・Continuous improvement of product functionality ・Ensure quality/productivity of increasingly complex front end ・Enhancement/automation of back-end testing ・Improve DevOps aspects, build more robust infrastructure ・Regularly disseminate technical information, speak at events, etc. |

Job Requirements |
■Required Interest in the area of sustainability Empathy with the company's vision Experience in toB web service development (3+ years) Experience in backend API design / DB design for large scale commercial services Experience in web front-end to back-end implementation Experience in development using React, Vue.js, Angular, etc. Native-like fluency in Japanese ■Preferred Ability to communicate across different teams and job functions Experience designing and operating UI/UX and design systems for medium to large scale services Experience in launching a business and improving functionality while receiving customer feedback Experience in following new services, tools, and software trends and verifying them through hands-on experience Experience in team development from the stage of considering service specifications Experience in launching a business and improving functionality while receiving customer feedback Experience in leading overall product design/operation construction for a business-to-business system and leading multiple engineers to drive the project forward Experience as a tech lead or in other roles responsible for technology-related decision-making Experience contributing to OSS and technical communities Experience accelerating and optimizing web pages Development experience in the climate/energy/financial industry |
