Job Description ■Recruitment Background
In order to promote DX in the entire commercial real estate industry, with a focus on office real estate, the company has adopted a multi-product strategy, aiming to develop its business with different functional groups that support customer operations.

In order to grow the business through multi-product development, each product must repeat hypothesis testing autonomously and at high speed. In order to achieve this, the development team consists of several mixed teams of about five people, and we encourage these teams to work autonomously with the aim of total optimization.

Leading development teams to maximize business value
Determining the technical direction required for the assigned team product to create maximum business value
Provide technical support to product managers and designers to help them find superior solutions　
Determining the actual team you will be assigned to based on your experience and aspirations.
Company Info The company has raised approximately 1.4 billion yen in equity from Globis Capital Partners, the University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners, and Global Brain, and 1.6 billion yen in debt (including lines of credit) from financial institutions, bringing its cumulative total raised to approximately 3 billion yen.

Requirements		 【Required】
Experience in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.) (2+ years)
Working experience in back-end development using web application frameworks, etc. (2+ years)
Systematic knowledge of software
System stability
Experience leading and improving code base scalability, etc.
Experience reviewing code for members and maintaining and improving code quality

【Preferred】
Experience in front-end development using React or Vue.js
Experience in back-end development using Rust or Ruby
Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS
English Level None
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Chinese Level None
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 10000K - JPY 15000K

Description		 Transportation allowance (up to 30,000 per month, train tickets only, not express tickets)
