■Your Role The company is looking for a Tech Lead Engineer who can strongly drive the growth of the skill market "Coconala". As a member of the Technology Strategy Office, you will lead the development and operation of the service for further growth while communicating with the front-end, back-end, application, SRE, data science, R&D, and other departments. In addition, you will also collaborate with not only engineers but also the business side on organizational issues to find realistic and optimal solutions. ■Responsibilities You will be assigned to a project based on your past experience and wishes. ・Promotion of microservices ・Inventory of current system architecture and formulation of improvement policies ・Establishment of standards for non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.) and operational tuning ・Review of design for each PJT ・Modernization of existing service technology (technical debt) etc. ■Development Environment Languages: Ruby, PHP, Go, JavaScript, Node,js Frameworks:Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, Vue.js, Nuxt.js Database: MySQL Source code management: GitHub Project management: ZenHub Communication tools: Slack Information sharing tools: esa, Confluence Infrastructure environment: AWS, Docker, GCP ■Attractiveness The number of users of the company's service is expanding day by day, and it is currently a large-scale service with over 3.14 million users.
