Job Description ■Your Role
The company is looking for a Tech Lead Engineer who can strongly drive the growth of the skill market "Coconala".
As a member of the Technology Strategy Office, you will lead the development and operation of the service for further growth while communicating with the front-end, back-end, application, SRE, data science, R&D, and other departments. In addition, you will also collaborate with not only engineers but also the business side on organizational issues to find realistic and optimal solutions.

■Responsibilities
You will be assigned to a project based on your past experience and wishes.
・Promotion of microservices
・Inventory of current system architecture and formulation of improvement policies
・Establishment of standards for non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.) and operational tuning
・Review of design for each PJT
・Modernization of existing service technology (technical debt)
etc.

Experience in designing and implementing microservices
Experience in designing and implementing system architecture
Experience in Go, Python, or Ruby implementation
Communication skills to facilitate PJT with people in other positions

Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices
Experience in planning and presenting at internal and external workshops and conferences
Experience in technology selection and implementation
Experience in open source contribution
Experience in Kubernetes implementation and operation
Experience in building and operating cloud environments such as AWS and GCP
