Job Description 【About DG Technology Department】
The DG Technology Department is responsible for technology implementation and system development for the entire Digital Garage, and manages each project and product from the technology side across departments.

Responsible for overall management of system development, from analyzing business-side requirements related to operation and improvement of existing businesses and development of new businesses, to technology selection, front-end and back-end design and implementation, and direction to development partner companies.

The goal is to contribute to society by developing new businesses using cutting-edge technologies and providing them as products and services. They create new services through business development that leverages the assets of existing businesses and through collaboration with clients. One of the strengths is that they can apply the latest technologies that they catch up with through collaboration with R&D organizations and startups in which they have invested to their development.

【Responsibilities】
・Requirement definition, technology selection, development progress management
・Back-end/front-end design/implementation
・Management of development partners and personnel, code review

【Ongoing projects】
・New services related to payment and advertising
・Brain MRI diagnosis business in the medical/healthcare domain
・DX promotion services for legacy industries (real estate, legal, etc.)
・Services for food and beverage outlets related to food delivery
→After joining the company, you will be assigned to one of the above projects depending on your experience.

【Project Example】
◆Project: Service for food and beverage outlets related to food delivery
◆Participating members: 4 business development members, 1 engineering manager, 3 development members
◆PJ progress:
・Collaborating with external development partners to promote the project
・Front-end development (React), back-end design and implementation (AWS)
・API integration with external services, including overseas partners
・UX, UI, and data design with customer experience in mind

【Career Path】
In the future, you will be expected to work on both back-end and front-end projects as a full-stack engineer.
After that, you can aim to become an engineering manager or executive engineering manager who manages multiple projects.
Of course, you can also become a specialist.
If the service you are in charge of is to be spun off, you may be transferred to the company as a start-up member according to your wishes (there is a track record of spinning off from the R&D department within the group).

Requirements		 【Required】
・3+ years of experience developing in a front-end language.
　E.g. Javascript, Typescript, etc. (Other languages are also possible.)
・Experience developing in public cloud such as AWS
・Experience with back-end languages (*No practical experience is required)
