Position: Marketing Analyst Summary: Infosys Japan Unit is responsible for one of the most important markets within Infosys. This position will work closely with the Infosys Corporate Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager of the Japan Unit. The candidate will leverage their marketing expertise to design and execute innovative and ROI measurable marketing programs. Overview: Drafting internal reports and regular reporting to the Japan Unit leadership team and the Corporate Marketing team (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) Creating effective visuals, marketing materials, HTML emails, and videos Utilizing knowledge and experience in social media management, digital marketing, sports hospitality events, sponsorships, and digital innovation Collaborating with multiple teams across the global and Japan Unit to develop and execute strategies Leveraging marketing expertise to design and execute innovative and ROI measurable marketing programs Specific Job Responsibilities: Draft internal reports on marketing activities and external email magazines. Support digital campaigns, SNS operations, and SEO. Provide localization support for marketing materials, Liaise with the media and strengthen industry-academia collaboration with top universities. Enhance the brand through activities as the official partner of Kobe Arena Support brand enhancement and lead generation through Japan Business Federation , sponsorship events, and other industry group memberships. Build relationships with industrial analysts like Gartner and IDC to generate leads. Conduct market research, understand competitor trends, and perform quantitative data analysis. Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager, Japan Work Format: Hybrid Location: Tokyo Office, directly connected to Otemachi Station Preferred Qualifications: Over 4 years of practical experience in digital marketing, event planning, and related fields, preferably in the IT sector Experienced in the entire process from research planning, questionnaire creation, data collection, report writing, to presentation.
