【Responsibilities】 1. Development work management for Vietnamese subsidiaries Understand the contents of specifications/design documents prepared by Japanese designers and communicate them so that they can be easily understood by the Vietnamese subsidiary. Progress management of projects outsourced to Vietnamese subsidiaries, review of source code and unit test documentation, implementation of acceptance tests and quality checks. 2.Support for Vietnamese subsidiaries Understand the content of questions/consultations from Vietnamese subsidiaries and answer them in a clear and understandable manner. In cases where the content of the questions/consultations cannot be fully determined, organise the content and consult with Japanese engineers to resolve the issue. Improvement activities to improve productivity/quality/development utilisation rate/technical capability of Vietnamese subsidiaries. e.g.) Discover and resolve problems occurring in Vietnamese subsidiaries through progress management, reviews, etc. Actively communicate with Vietnamese subsidiaries and make long-term business trips to the local area (about once or twice a year, each trip lasting about two months). 3.Other personnel training and operational improvements. In the future, you will train and mentor young bridge engineers. In addition, recommendations for improving offshore development will be made to the company. 【Issues】 Together with the business side, they think from "what should we make" that satisfies the needs/seeds of the market. As people as well as products are in the process of growing, they lead young people while building a team. Incorporate new functions that are not yet available in the world and new technologies that could be effective and coexist with the product.
