This will be a long-term role in quality control of the company's products, so the job will be to track down QA for a single product. They are currently in the phase of growing their business from start-up and need a QA engineer to support service development and operations in order to speed up the development process. In the future, the company would like you to challenge the business from a different perspective than development engineers, not stopping at testing and quality control, but also advising on organization creation and development process improvement. They need someone who can polish the business from the perspective of the user, not from the perspective of development. The field of online lending in Japan is still in its infancy and is a challenging field.
