Job Description |
You will be responsible for the lead supervisor duties in the technical support and customer support of medical devices. <Center duties> - Handling inquiries from medical professionals, device users, and their families - Accumulating knowledge and updating information to improve the first-time resolution rate <Scenes in which English is used (approximately 50% of work)> - Translation of work manuals and training contents (into Japanese) - Client reviews of training - Escalation response to clients - Client report meetings, etc. <Lead Supervisor (LSV) duties> As the on-site manager of this work, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of client responses and work and personnel. - Management of overall work operations, business KPI and income/expense management - Training of managers (supervisors) and staff - Client negotiations and reporting - Report writing, leading report meetings, etc. |

■ Required skills ・Experience working at a call center as a supervisor or higher *Experience not only in daily operations but also in staff management and numerical management ・Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills ■ Welcome skills ・Experience in a call center supervisor leadership or management position ■ Personal profile ・Able to respond flexibly and adaptively to changes for a foreign client ・Able to collaborate with others (both inside and outside the company) and communicate to get the job done well |
