Job Description |
Analyzes consumer needs, customer expectations, and market competition to guide new product development and strategic planning, ensuring effective portfolio and lifecycle management across segments, channels, and audiences. Leads the establishment of a business intelligence function to gather and interpret market and competitive data, generating insights that support strategic initiatives and new product planning while advancing overall business strategies. Partners with the Activation team to execute new product launches, including planning timelines, merchandising, promotional campaigns, advertising, product training, marketing materials, catalogs, and trade promotions. Monitors product line performance, assessing actual sales and profit outcomes, and drives corrective strategies to align results with business objectives. |

Job Requirements |
