Job Description |
HR Business Partners (HRBPs) implement talent initiatives to align with business objectives and provide necessary advice to achieve goals. - Improve employee engagement through employee networking, TCS core value penetration, and career development support - Necessary advice and implementation support for formulating workforce plans - Formulate and support recruitment plans, check the acceptance status after joining the company, and conduct necessary interviews and consultations - Improve employee competencies and support development plans through collaboration and support with the Talent Development department and the responsible organization - Lead and manage the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance evaluations - Plan and manage opportunities for leadership team and employee dialogue programs and business strategy communication - Respond fairly and promptly to employee complaints |

Job Requirements |
Application Qualifications ・Work experience in two or more specialized areas of HR work ・Knowledge and experience of Japanese labor laws ・Ability to learn and plan/execute new initiatives ・English proficiency and native-level Japanese proficiency to discuss with business leaders ・Compliance with laws and regulations and confidentiality obligations |
