Job Description The HRBP will provide a range of HR services, focusing primarily on the Life Science department of our Tokyo-based organization. The role will ensure the effective and consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives within the team.


Description

* Provide HR support for the Life Science department, including recruitment, training, and development.
* Work closely with management to identify HR priorities and strategies to align with business goals.
* Guide and advise leaders on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues


Profile

* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
