Job Description The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various retail and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This role requires close collaboration with the headquarters, local suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Coordinate the Animation Plan:
・Develop and coordinate the animation plan for various events, including PODIUM, GAISHO EVENT, MASTER CLASS, CONSUMER and CRM/PR EVENTS.
・Create detailed 3D images of the proposed plans for validation by the headquarters.
・Once approved by HQ, brief local suppliers on the specifics of the animation plan to ensure accurate execution.

2. Ensure Perfect Execution of Retail Events:
・Oversee the execution of retail events such as PODIUM, GAISHO EVENT, MASTER CLASS, etc., ensuring all activities are completed on time and to the highest standard.
・Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, setup, and teardown.
・Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.

3. Coordinate 360° Materials for Events:
・Efficiently manage and coordinate all 360° marketing materials required for events, ensuring they align with our brand standards.
・Work with the creative team to develop and produce promotional materials, including brochures, banners, digital content, and more.
・Ensure timely delivery and proper distribution of materials to the event site.

4. Coordinate Direct Retail Activity Devices:
・Oversee the coordination and deployment of direct retail activity devices such as engraving machines, FR/MUP APP, consultation tablets, etc.
・Ensure all devices are functional, up-to-date, and available for use during events and in-store promotions.
・Provide training and support to retail staff on the proper use of these devices.

5. Schedule and Budget Control: o Develop and manage detailed project schedules for all events and marketing activities.
・Monitor and control budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated budget.
・Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status, budget utilization, and any variances.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management and design software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Sketch up 3D software).
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.
• Language: English communication skills a plus.
