Job Requirements |
Required: Fluent in English Native-level Japanese, especially in speaking and listening (Over 70% of calls are in Japanese, and less than 30% are in English) Preferred: Passion for excellent customer service Ability to adapt and handle stress in a busy environment Initiative in problem-solving Positive and flexible attitude Strong teamwork skills Also a good fit if you: Are multilingual Are quick-thinking and adaptable |
