Job Description We are seeking a Sales Director with an astute understanding of the Electronics and Semiconductor industry to lead our sales department and drive our business growth in Tokyo.


Description

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
* Report on sales performance to the top management


Profile

A successful Sales Director should have:

* Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
* Proven work experience as a Sales Director in the Electronics and Semiconductor industry
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in English and Japanese
