Job Description |
In this role you will provide afersales care to the clients and customers. Your main focus is to schedule field-service engineers to provide repair support to the clients. Description ▪ Ensure Service Order Processing on time ▪ Manage the delivery schedule according to when the equipment is available, the engineer's schedule, and the customer's availability, and arrange for the necessary tools and parts to complete the work. ▪ Manage all the back office commercial operations related to service business. ▪ Ensure effective communication between Sales, , Customer Services and Finance team Profile ◼ Strong multi-tasking skills ◼ 2-3 years' experience as Sales support or Service support job ◼ PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT) ◼ Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills ◼ Strong team player ◼ Positive and proactive mindset ◼ Intermediate level spoken and written English Job Offer * International relocation * internal mobility within the Japan office * Career growth opportunities to leadership * flex-time (as long as you work 35 hours per week you can choose your own scheduling) |
