Description

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering solutions with a focus on service excellence.
* Engage with customers via phone and email, representing the company's commitment to superior service.
* Create accurate, compelling quotations for calibration and repair services, successfully closing deals.
* Negotiate pricing and terms in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
* Coordinate logistics by managing pick-up lists and partnering with forwarders for smooth operations.
* Issue RMAs for both on-demand and agreement-based services with precision and attention to detail.
* Monitor job progress, both internal and external, and maintain proactive communication with customers.


Profile

* Experience: Minimum 3 years in selling service solutions with a proven track record.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with order and sales booking software.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively with both customers and team members.
* Problem-Solving Attitude: Initiative to identify and implement process improvements for a seamless customer experience.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to manage diverse inquiries swiftly and accurately, primarily via email.
