Customer service Hearing the needs of sellers and buyers: Meet with those looking to sell or purchase properties to confirm conditions and requests. Responding to inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries by phone or email. Building trust: Maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Property appraisal and proposals Price appraisal of properties for sale: Calculate an appropriate price based on market research and analysis of surrounding market prices. Proposing properties to buyers: Select properties that meet customer needs and provide proposal materials and explanations. Contract work Creating and reviewing contract documents: Creating sales contracts and important information explanations and legal checks. Negotiating terms: Standing between the seller and buyer, adjusting prices and contract terms. Marketing and sales promotion Creating advertisements for properties for sale: Advertising properties using websites and flyers. Planning and implementing open houses: Sales promotion activities through previews. Analyzing market trends Collecting and analyzing information on the real estate market: Checking price trends by region and the balance of supply and demand. Understanding the latest trends: Considering the impact of commercial facilities and transportation development in each area. *Clearance of scope of legal changes to work content: Work content may change in the future.
