| Job Description |
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects within the Media & Agency industry in Tokyo. The successful candidate will excel in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Description * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. * Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. * Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. * Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. * Track project milestones and deliverables. * Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Profile A successful 'Project Manager' should have: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Proven working experience in project management in the Media & Agency sector. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Job Offer * An estimated hourly salary range of 2430 JPY to 2970 JPY. * The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week. * The chance to be a part of a highly innovative team in the technology department of a leading firm in the Media & Agency industry. * Temporary position with potential for future opportunities.
