Job Description Oversees the project by managing a team of engineers and outside stakeholders while making sure the project is on time, in budget and comply to all the requirements. The job requires a certain level of passion and flexibility and the ability to communicate vertically and horizontally.

Description

Responsibilities:

Project Management Knowledge
*

Project Management Experience, at least 2-3 years of SW development project experience (worked as the main project manager of small to mid size projects)
*

Project Management Certified (PMP or similar project management certification)
*

Knowledge of web base SW development.
*

Problem solving skills and Risk & Issue Management
*

Reporting to director level
*

Meeting facilitation
*

Japanese (N2 or above)
* English (at least business level


Profile

* Experience in project management(more than 3 years)
* Good presentation skill
* Good communication skill
* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
* project management in load balancing or network domain
* Project Management Professional（PMP）
* Experience in Github/JIRA/Confluence
