Job Description [Job Summary]
In Japan, where the domestic market is shrinking, a global strategy is essential for sustainable growth. Updating the global vision and designing a long-term global strategy based on that is the key to a Japanese company's growth strategy. With our corporate group's domestic and international networks, we provide total support for overseas expansion suited to your company.

Understanding the current situation - identifying issues - considering countermeasures - supporting implementation - reporting results
■Selecting project members, adjusting schedules, managing project progress
■Introducing communication tools with clients
■Understanding the current situation:

Investigation → Meeting with management, requesting submission of materials

Analysis → Industry, customers, organizational structure, systems, etc.
■Setting up a report meeting, creating reports
■Practical matters such as concluding contracts related to consulting
■Recording consulting content (taking minutes, etc.)
■Proposals based on current situation analysis and investigation for continued contracts (70% of clients are repeat clients)

Acquire appointments - visit - propose - close
■Visit clients based on referrals from clients and alliance partners, inquiries from specialized sites, etc.
■Understand the current situation from interviews with clients , and discuss the direction of the proposal as a team
■Create a proposal document and submit it to the client

Expected annual income: 5 million to 7.3 million yen (annual salary system)
■Monthly salary: 417,000 to 609,000 yen
*Overtime allowance: Includes 30 hours (84,000 to 122,000 yen).
*Overtime allowances for more than 30 hours per month will be paid separately.
