Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Smart Solar department to manage client accounts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to sales targets. The ideal candidate should be technologically savvy with a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.


Description

* Managing and nurturing client relationships for the Smart Solar department
* Developing strategies to meet sales targets
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest Smart Solar technology trends
* Coordinating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions for clients
* Promoting Smart Solar products and solutions to potential clients
* Preparing detailed reports on account activity, sales, and forecast
* Resolving client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Participating in industry-related events in Japan


Profile

* A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in account management, ideally in the technology or energy industry
* Knowledge of Smart Solar technology (power conditioner, battery and storage)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* An ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High-level proficiency in English and Japanese
