Job Description This luxury client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRBP Specialist to support our HR team across all core functions, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations. This role is key in ensuring a positive employee experience, delivering timely and accurate administrative support, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.


Description

*

Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and managing new starter documentation.
*

Provide first-line HR advice and support on policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
*

Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary and performance matters.
*

Manage HR administrative tasks such as filing, letters, contractual updates, and invoice processing.
*

Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support payroll and benefits administration.
*

Organize and track employee training, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
*

Support internal communications and act as a liaison between HR and other departments.


Profile

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
*

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
*

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
*

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
*

Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
*

Strong team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
*

Ability to adapt to new technology and systems quickly.
*

Enthusiastic about fashion and committed to creating a great employee experience.
