Interior supervision coordinator★Large-scale project underway in Vietnam/Experience in interior design, interior supervision, and architecture-related work welcome ■Design and architecture firm with offices and partner companies in Japan, New York, USA, and Southeast Asian countries ■Can handle the interior design of Japanese shopping malls, showrooms, and offices in Hanoi ■Generous support in the form of expatriate allowances Our subsidiary has offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and is currently working on a large shopping mall project. We are hiring you to take on the position of interior supervision for a shopping mall in Vietnam. The location, scale, and construction period of the project will depend on the project. (This will be announced at the time of the interview) - As a general contact point for tenant interior supervision, you will meet and coordinate with construction contractors - Planning schedules and coordinating with related schedules - Creating tenant handbooks and design criteria - Meetings and coordination with clients - Preparing white drawings and holding tenant design and construction briefings - Negotiations such as screening, approval, and coordination with related parties - Confirming government regulations after compiling submitted documents, and meeting and coordination with disaster prevention contractors, etc. Features of our company We have already handled similar cases, and Japanese staff are always on-site. If you have similar experience, you can work with Japanese staff if you have any questions. You may be worried about communication, but our clients are Japanese, and most of our Vietnamese staff are also gentle. We hope to discuss any concerns you may have at the actual interview! We have multiple locations overseas and have foreign staff on staff, so we are looking for someone who can work with a global perspective.
