★Pension system available ★Less overtime Job duties This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager of Mayr Japan and executes the sales plan agreed upon between Mayr headquarters and the Japanese subsidiary. ●Expand sales channels and sales through the following (However, as many existing customers are handled by agents, the main task will be to develop new customers. Our products are already used in Japan, so this is not selling unknown products.) ・Identify new industrial sectors and target customers and develop sales plans. ・Introduce our products and provide technical support to customers for their applications. ・Demonstrate the strengths and advantages of our products. ・Build long-term, continuous, and trusted relationships with customers. ●Achieve strong market penetration of Mayr products by available means. ●Analyze the Japanese market and reflect it in business plans and annual plans. ●Follow the established order process and ensure follow-up and reporting. |

Application requirements - Graduate of mechanical engineering or higher (university, technical college, technical high school) - More than 5 years of experience in sales and technical support of machine parts at a foreign company or a trading company specializing in machinery imports. - Sales experience to Japanese machinery manufacturers (Our products are important functional parts incorporated into machines, not general-purpose products or devices. Clients are large and medium-sized machinery manufacturers) - Experience in direct negotiations with engineers of Japanese machinery manufacturers (Negotiating parties are mainly development and design engineers, so technical responses are required) - Languages: Native Japanese and business-level English or German (including technical conversation) Preferred requirements - Willingness to work as a member of a startup company - Team player, initiative and proactiveness |
