Customer Interaction: Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, provide order updates, and address logistical challenges.

Coordination with Teams: Working closely with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule.

Documentation: Ensuring all required documents, including invoices, shipping labels, and regulatory compliance forms, are accurately prepared and maintained.

Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analyzing reports on order trends, fulfillment efficiency, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all operations adhere to local and international trade laws, especially since the company deals with specialized scientific equipment and chemicals.

- 業務上必要な時のみは、残業ができる方

- ERPの使用経験(SAP尚可)

- 英語力不問(ただし苦手意識ない方)※英語力あれば尚可
