Description

* Lead the design and implementation of innovative digital strategies within the insurance technology department.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
* Oversee the development of new digital platforms and improve existing ones to enhance user experience.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives and make necessary improvements.
* Stay updated with latest digital trends and potential applications in the insurance industry.
* Ensure the digital department's compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Manage and develop a high-performing digital team.
* Report on digital performance metrics to senior management.


Profile

A successful Head of Digital Department should have:
