Job Description As a Business Controller, you will oversee financial operations, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making across multiple departments. Your role will focus on enhancing financial processes, managing budgets, and supporting the company's growth by ensuring efficient cost management and risk assessment.


Description

* Manage and coordinate all financial planning processes for the company.
* Ensure the reliability and timeliness of financial information.
* Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
* Present financial reports to departmental leaders and senior management.
* Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.


Profile

A successful Business Controller should have:



* Proven experience as a Business Controller or FP&A.
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.


Job Offer

* An estimated salary range of 14M JPY, along with a benefits package.
* 15% yearly bonus on top of the base salary.
