◆Duties ・Investigate the workflows of each department, identify areas for optimization, and propose efficiency improvements. ・Optimize repetitive tasks by introducing RPA (automating manual tasks to improve efficiency). ・Identify workflows where LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) can be utilized, promote their use in each department, and encourage both implementation and everyday use. ・Test new AI tools, RPA tools, CRM tools, and task management tools, and promote their adoption in relevant departments as needed. |

Job Requirements |
◆Must Have Skills ・Professional experience with RPA implementation (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, Automation Anywhere etc.) ・Practical experience in analyzing and improving business processes ・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800) *Certification not required. ・Ability to accurately understand the needs of each department and turn improvement proposals into actionable solutions. ◆Preferred Skills ・Experience with implementing tools such as Trello, Notion, Asana, and Slack. ・Experience using Python, JavaScript, and other RPA tools (Make, UI Path, AI Builder, Ho HighLevel, Google Apps Scripts, Pabblyetc.) ・In-depth understanding and practical experience with the latest digital technologies and tools ・Obtained a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. <Who We Are Looking For> ◆Personality ・A collaborative minded individual who can communicate efficiently with various departments to improve overall team performance. ・Able to conduct data-driven analysis and make informed decisions. ・Highly motivated for personal growth and possesses a continuous learning mindset. ◆Hiring Process ・First Interview - Hiring Team (45-60 mins, Online or In-person) *Logic Test (Excluded for Online Interviews) ↓ ・Second Interview - CEO (45-60 mins, In-person) Travel Reimbursement up to ¥27,000 available for applicants outside the Kansai region *Logic Test (If not completed during the first interview) ↓ ・Third Interview - HR Planning Team (45-60 mins, Online or In-person) *Company Culture Test ↓ Hiring Decision |
