Job Description The Team Lead Content Moderation position requires an individual with strong leadership skills and an excellent understanding of moderating online content. This role is ideally suited for someone adept at ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.


Description

The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations. As a Team Lead, you will also be in charge of checking the quality of team members performance.

* Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations.
* Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines.
* Check for restricted words and inappropriate content.
* Check quality of Team's performance


Profile

The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications:

* Good level of English language
* Fluent level of Japanese (fluent N1 and up)
* Willing to work weekend shift
* Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
* Capacity to supervise Team performance quality
