Job Description An exciting opportunity has opened up for a strategic leader to fill the role of Director, Customer Facing Strategy Planning in the Life Science sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.


Description

* Design and implement customer-facing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze customer interaction data to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.


Profile

A successful Director, Customer Facing Strategy Planning should have:

* A degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a strategic planning role, preferably in the Life Science sector.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong understanding of customer relationship management strategies.
* Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
