Description * Develop and execute strategic marketing and business plans for laboratory solutions. * Lead a high-performing team, ensuring marketing, portfolio management, and commercial excellence. * Oversee business analytics, financial planning, and sales force optimization. * Strengthen customer relationships and establish the company as a trusted industry partner. * Drive process improvements and strategic business development initiatives. * Act as a key thought leader, shaping market strategy and future growth opportunities. Profile * 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare sector (IVD or medical devices preferred). * Proven track record of driving business success, strategic planning, and team development. * Experience collaborating with global HQ and working in an international environment. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+. * Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
