Job Description [Job Summary]
To promote new business development, our company will launch an overseas development base (India) as a Global Capability Center (GCC). In this position, you will be responsible for promoting product development of new functions at the overseas development base.
In this position, you will be scheduled to make business trips to the Indian development base once a month or once every two months, especially for the first six months to a year.

[Specific Job Content]
While coordinating with the new business team (new business manager, lead PdM, designer) and the Indian development base (engineers), the development team will work with designers and engineers to promote everything from formulating specifications based on business requirements, user experience, and feasibility, to managing and analyzing development progress, and releasing and operating the product.
■Formulate a development roadmap in cooperation with the new business manager and lead PdM
■Create PRD through requirement analysis and requirement definition (English)
■Draft and prioritize development items (English)
■Participate in Scrum as a product owner at overseas development bases
■Support collaboration between Japanese designers and overseas engineers
■Check and manage the quality of development deliverables
■Communicate with various stakeholders in the new business field

■Monthly salary: 584,000 to 1,000,000 yen (including flat-rate allowances)
