Job Description This management role oversees service quality across departments.

It involves working with QA Engineers to ensure product quality while collaborating with developers across teams.


Description

1. Formulating and tracing quality management processes such as test plans and release assessments

2. Quality management using metrics

3. Improving the quality of requirement specifications

4. Setting the desired quality standards for the company, handling issues, and negotiating with stakeholders

5. Understanding and promoting next-generation quality technologies


Profile

1. Management experience in an organization of five or more people

2. Holder of ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent knowledge

3. Over three years of development experience or over three years of test automation experience using scripting languages

4. Business level of English
