Profile * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. * 2-5 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry. * Proven track record in launching new products and managing brand portfolios. * Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple functions. * Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency. * Passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results.
