Job Description Drive PR initiatives, media relations, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand awareness and support product launches in the Japanese market.


Description

* Develop and implement PR & event strategies aligned with brand objectives.
* Manage PR campaigns, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
* Plan and oversee product launch events and promotional activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key media and influencers.
* Support digital and social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Monitor PR effectiveness, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) and external agencies.
* Manage PR budgets and assess ROI for campaigns.


Profile

* Background in FMCG or beauty industry with strong PR expertise.
* Skilled in media relations, event planning, and influencer engagement.
* Japanese with fluent English proficiency.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
* Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
