Job Description We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager who will oversee the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role will also provide expert advice on compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and processes.


Description

Rewards Strategy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and communicate total rewards programs that align with local market dynamics and global strategies. Provide expert guidance on Japan-specific labor laws and tax regulations to ensure full compliance.

Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional Centers of Excellence (COEs) to propose and implement innovative reward solutions that meet both local and regional objectives.

Process Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of total rewards initiatives, working closely with the local HR team to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.


Profile

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits within multinational organizations.

Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation frameworks.

Strategic Collaboration: Experience working with regional Centers of Excellence (COEs) and driving innovative rewards solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with clear and effective communication.

Business level both Japanese & English
