Job Description The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the entire payroll function of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. They will also oversee the Human Resources department's payroll-related activities.


Description

* Manage and oversee the entire payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Supervise payroll-related activities within the HR department and develop payroll policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with other departments for accurate payroll reporting and resolve payroll issues promptly.
* Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations, and present payroll reports to senior management.


Profile

* Extensive experience in managing payroll in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
