Description

* Establish and lead a Security and Incident Management team in the Japan office
* Develop and execute security incident response plans
* Detect, investigate, and report security incidents, implementing preventive measures
* Strengthen collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through security training
* Enhance IT management operations and governance
* Drive system development and operation based on DevOps, tailored to Japan's business environment
* Collaborate with the European headquarters on system and application development, implementation, and operations


Profile

* Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT security field
* Practical knowledge of incident response (3+ years)
* Experience in security auditing and risk assessment (3+ years)
* Business-level Japanese and English
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of AWS security-related services preferred
* CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent information security certification preferred
