[Organization] Engineers (3 full-time employees *Unity client & AI area, 1 intern) [Project examples within the organization] ・Metaverse project └New feature development ・VTuber distribution app └Motion capture technology development using AI [Job content] As the manager of the app development department in the CTO Office, you will be involved across the company's products and will be responsible for project management, improvement and standardization of the development site, leading the development team, and human resource management according to your experience and skills. [Job content details] ・Project management and development direction for each product ・People management (1on1, evaluation operation, etc.) ・Building and providing an environment that maximizes the performance of the engineering organization ・Solving issues in a growing organization You will also be responsible for the following tasks that are highly appropriate. ・Project management for external partner companies ・Technology leadership in the client's experience area ・Consideration of technical policy [Main development languages, technology stack] Framework: Extenject, UniRX, UniTask Client side: Unity (C#) Project management tools: GitHub, Slack, Notion, Monday, JIRA [About this job] Our company operates the world-renowned VTuber agency "HoloLive Production", and has various development teams within the company, from apps for talents that realize high-quality live streaming such as 3D live streaming, AR live streaming, and game commentary, to the metaverse project "HoloEarth" where the world that appears in the other-world creation project "HoloLive Alternative" is implemented in a virtual space and various content can be experienced.
