Job Description ☆The office is in Roppongi Midtown Tower! It has a bright and open atmosphere.

The company develops and operates the long CPE reward advertising platform, which has the highest domestic market share and growth rate. We have spread a new promotion method called "Long CPE Reward" to the advertising industry, and it is being used by many advertisers both in Japan and overseas.

■Recruitment background:
As we expand our business and prepare for our IPO, we are looking for someone with practical experience in labor to build a system that can stabilize labor operations.

■Job content:
・Attendance closing
・Payroll calculation/year-end adjustment *Payroll calculation and year-end adjustment themselves are outsourced, so the main role will be to cooperate with the contractor, such as sharing information.

・Procedures for obtaining/losing social insurance/employment insurance qualifications
・Handling joining/leaving the company
・Creating and concluding employment contracts
・Implementing health checks
・Implementing stress checks
・Follow-up interviews with employees
・Attending health committee meetings
・Managing/revising work regulations and other rules/filing notices to the Labor Standards Bureau, etc.
