Job Description In this exciting role, the Senior Marketing Manager will establish marketing strategies and execute plans to drive the overall brand and service awareness. You will also manage and lead the Strategy and Creative teams.


Description

* Lead and manage 2 teams under Marketing division of 5 members.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
* Lead digital marketing efforts to maximize online presence.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company goals.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messages that ensure consistency.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
* Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.


Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

* From 7 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated consumer marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Proficiency in English and Japanese.
