Job Description Support the CEO and executive team by managing schedules, meetings, and communication. Play a key role in optimizing executive operations and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.


Description

* Manage executive schedules and prioritize key tasks.
* Prepare meeting materials, speech notes, and follow up on action items.
* Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support, including expense management and HR-related tasks.
* Support corporate events and hospitality for visitors.


Profile

* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Work space.
