The Innovation Project Manager will spearhead and manage innovation partnerships in the Pharma and related industry , primarily focusing on marketing and agency departments. The role requires a dedicated and strategic individual capable of driving innovative projects. Description * Develop and manage innovation partnerships within the pharma and related industry * Coordinate with the marketing and agency department to drive innovative projects. * Facilitate the execution of project plans and strategies. * Identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations. * Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. * Monitor project progress and report on performance. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Profile A successful Innovation Project Manager should have: * Experience in Business development in Start up/health tech space or Management Consultant experience related to life science industry * Proven experience in project management and partnership development. * Strong understanding of the life science industry. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in English and Japanese language.
