Job Description Our client is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join one of their most essential and high-impact projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical system that directly supports the organization's core business functions. As a Java Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications.


Description

* Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications using the Spring Boot framework.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
* Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
* Lead small to medium-sized development teams by assisting with task identification, technical decisions, and providing guidance.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
* Document software design, processes, and system configurations.


Profile

* At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
* 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-traffic web products.
* Experience or knowledge of both frontend and backend development technologies.
* Experience working in Agile teams, especially using Scrum methodologies.
* Proficiency with deployment environments, including containerization technologies like Docker.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding small to medium-sized development teams.
* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.
