■Recruitment background Big Advance, a management support platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, was released in April 2018. It is now five years since its release and is used by 80 financial institutions and more than 60,000 small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide. We would like to promote system improvements to support the further expansion of our customer base in the future and the creation of mechanisms to support the evolution of business through platformization. In order to further evolve the expanding Big Advance, we are building a data analysis platform that can be used without stress by organizing the data accumulated in our products and the data of financial institutions with which we collaborate. In anticipation of the development of new functions and product development on BigAdvance, we are also promoting the update of the machine learning model development environment, and we would like to increase the number of colleagues who will work with us to build the data platform. We are looking for new colleagues to create the future of Kokopelli together! ■Job content This position is responsible for building mathematical models and modeling the MLOps part based on the data platform built from data from inside and outside the company. You will be responsible for creating an easy-to-use environment to utilize data collected from various sources and contribute to accelerating the company's growth. The specific job content is as follows. ・Analysis and modeling of data collected from our products and financial institutions ・Operation and management of data pipelines ・Building business dashboards ・Implementing machine learning using Python ・PoC of MLOps and incorporating it into products ■Building an analysis environment AWS AWS Glue Amazon Athena Amazon S3 Python jupyter lab ■Development management and communication Github notion JIRA Slack |

■ Required skills and experience MUST ・Over 3 years of engineering experience (total) →Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications using one of the following languages (Positions will be discussed depending on experience) Over 3 years of development experience in PHP (Laravel) Over 2 years of development experience in Vue.js Over 2 years of development experience in Go ・Experience in developing and operating services and products using AWS (or GCP, Azure) ■ Welcome skills and experience Experience in requirements definition, architecture selection, etc. Experience in client-facing requirements analysis and requirements definition Experience in product development while working with other teams ■ Desired profile Someone who sympathizes with our company's mission and vision and wants to contribute to the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions Someone who sympathizes with our company's values and can put them into practice Someone who can work in a team and communicate based on HRT (Humility, Respect, Trust) Someone who keeps turning the PDCA cycle to solve problems and never stops thinking Someone who thinks about things from the customer's perspective, makes proactive proposals, and takes action on their own |
