Job Description You will be involved in various external licensing developments using Atlus IP, such as various media developments such as comics, anime, stage plays, and live performances, and the production and planning of character products.

We are looking for a "global licensing manager" who will coordinate and supervise overseas licensing developments in Asia, North America, Europe, and other regions outside of Japan in parallel with work in Japan.

You will frequently interact with not only business partners but also group companies. (Work will be mainly done in Japanese.)

<Specific work examples>

- General licensing out of IP based on games (sales to licensees, contract signing, supervision, etc.)

- Strategy planning for expanding our own content through licensing out
- Supervision of goods, publications, scenarios, advertising materials, etc.

- 2 years or more experience in the character licensing business
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of copyright
- Japanese language skills equivalent to Level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test

<Preferred requirements>
- Interest in the entertainment business
- Good at Chinese and Korean
- Business level or higher English skills (TOEIC 800 or higher)
- Good at Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint

Fixed overtime system
Monthly salary 301,000-551,000 yen
(including fixed overtime allowance 60,000-101,000 yen)
(Fixed overtime allowance = overtime allowance for 30 hours of overtime on weekdays, overtime allowance for 30 hours even if the overtime in a month is less than 30 hours, overtime allowance for 30 hours will be paid separately)
* Night work allowance, holiday work allowance, commuting allowance will be paid separately
* Expected annual salary for the above salary: 4.5-8.3 million yen
* In addition to this basic annual salary, a performance bonus may be paid depending on performance.
