Job Description We are looking for Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy of the digital payment solutions for employee benefits in Japan. You will define and develop product roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives to accelerate growth.


Description

* Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Identify market opportunities and propose new product ideas to management.
* Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
* Lead agile product development processes and oversee execution.
* Communicate product goals and updates effectively to senior stakeholders.
* Manage and develop a team to execute product strategies and drive business growth.


Profile

* 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech/e-commerce-related products.
* Proven track record in defining product strategy and leading product development.
* Strong experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
* Business-level English.
* Native-level or high fluency in Japanese.
