We have the top share in the industry, but we also aim to expand in the future! ★Our goals★ Having established the No. 1 position in the domestic share of rebar processing machines, the company is currently focusing on developing overseas markets. Our goal is to become the No. 1 in the world share. In particular, we are focusing on construction demand, especially the ASEAN region (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, etc.) where demand for earthquake-resistant buildings is expected to increase significantly. ■Duties You will be responsible for planning, concepting, development, and design work for rebar processing machines, drawing machine drawings, manufacturing prototype machines, and test-running the finished product. You will be responsible for conceiving ideas to meet customer requests, creating design drawings, communicating the drawings to the production site, manufacturing at the factory, checking performance, and test-running the finished product. The ratio of new designs and specification changes is half and half, and the work you handle varies depending on the project. For new projects, 3-4 people will be required for the design period of about 1 year, and for specification changes, 1-2 people will be required for the design period of about 3 months. ■Business trips Business trips: Depending on the project, you will be on a business trip to the client's site about once every two months, for a maximum of two weeks.
