We “Kurashiki Ivy Square” Redeveloping the former Kurashiki Spinning (Kurabo Industries) original factory This hotel opened in May 1970. The approximately 30,000 square meter site has not only hotel facilities for lodging, but also There are many facilities such as multipurpose halls, academic halls, memorial halls, workshops, shops, historical sites, and shrines. This space, surrounded by red bricks and ivy, is adjacent to the white walls of the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. It has become a popular spot and tourist attraction with many fans all over Japan. Received the Architectural Institute of Japan Award in 1974. In 2007, it was recognized as a "Heritage of Industrial Modernization" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We are currently recruiting hotel front staff (night clerks) for Kurashiki Ivy Square. You will start as a contract employee, but you will be promoted to a full-time employee. It is a comfortable workplace with high employee satisfaction and low turnover. ・Welcoming/seeing off customers ・Check-in/check-out ・Guidance to the room ・Accommodation reservation management ・Customer request response ・Transportation of luggage, etc. <Night Clerk’s 1-day flow>: Example 16:00-24:00 ・Check-in duties ・Reservation input & confirmation ・Room assignment ・In-room telephone support (equipment rental) ・Daily report creation and closing duties Break (about 2 hours) 0:00-10:00 ・Ordering newspapers ・Visit the building ・Opening of large public bath ・Luggage storage ・Checkout work *The next shift will be from 16:00 on the next day or on a public holiday. |
